Allu Arjun is an Indian film actor who mostly performs within Telugu cinema. After starring as a child actor as a child artist in Vijetha along with a role as dancer on Daddy, Arjun made his debut as an adult in the film Gangotri. Early Life
A cousin to his is Ram Charan Teja is also an upcoming and young Tollywood actor. He has two brothers one of whom is an older brother called Allu Venkatesh and his younger brother, Allu Sirish. He lives at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, with his family. He is a great dancer in Tollywood as his grandfather.
Allu Arjun’s second movie, Arya was released in 2004. Allu Arjun says it was to be his debut major film. His dance as well as his Aa Ante Amalapuram track both created lots of attention. Arjun’s 3rd film, Bunny was released in 2005 and his fourth film, Happy was released in the year 2006. The film was able to earn an impressive profit in the Indian film scene and in the U.S.
Career
In 2007 the fifth film of his career, Desamuduru produced by Puri Jagannadh, proved be a huge box office success and was the first big hit for the entire year Tollywood. Within its initial week of release the film made the sum of Rs. 19 crore, and made a profit of about Rs. 15.50 crore. The film’s opening is the highest-grossing debut throughout his professional career. The same year, the actor also made an appearance in Chiranjeevi’s uncle’s production, Shankardada Zindabad.
The sixth film of his career, Parugu was released on May 1st of 2008. Produced by a successful film producer Dil Raju, it was directed by Bhaskar. Sheela played the lead role of a female in the film, and Prakash Raj played another major part. The film premiered to mixed reviews, but then was able to run for a total of 100 days. It was a big success and brought recognition to Allu Arjun as an actor as well. The audience was entertained by his acting and dancing skills.

The year 2021 was the time Allu Arjun reunited with director Sukumar after a long time for The Rise of Pushpa. The film revolves around red sanders smuggling in the Seshachalam Hills of Andhra Pradesh, with Allu Arjun portraying Pushpa Raj, a laborer-turned-smuggler, alongside Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna. The film was released in December 2021. the film received mixed reviews across South India, but Allu Arjun’s performance was widely acknowledged. The film became a massive commercial success, earning more than 350 crores and becoming the top-grossing Indian film of 2021.
Allu Arjun won his fourth Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu and the famous National Film Award for Best Actor for his performance. This was the first time that a Telugu film actor was awarded this prestigious award. His performance and the classic line of dialogue ” Thaggede Le” earned him cult status with a profound impact on Indian popular culture.
Another sequel titled Pushpa 2 The Rules The Rule, is currently in the process of production and will be released on the 5th of December, 2024. Early reports suggest a massive reception from the public as the film has crossed 1 million dollars at the world box office.
