Story
Raja Vikramarka (Kartikeya) is a secret agent who works for his boss Tanikella Bharani. For a secret mission, he pretends to be an insurance agent. He falls in love with Kanthi (Tanya Ravichandran), whose father is an honest Home Minister (Saikumar). At first, Kanthi rejects Raja’s romantic feelings, but later she also falls in love with him.
The story takes an interesting turn when a bad man named Guru Narayan (Pasupathy) wakes up from a 14-year coma. He wants to take revenge on the Home Minister. We don’t know why Guru Narayan and the Home Minister have a conflict or how Kanthi gets involved in this problem. We also don’t know if Raja Vikramarka can save Kanthi and the Home Minister’s life. To find out what happens, you need to watch the movie.
Review
Raja Vikramarka film received a lot of hype with an exciting trailer and heavy hype. But overall, it ends up being just a plain fun movie.
The first half of the film lacks seriousness and seems too serious. The second half begins promisingly after a revealed twist in between. However, it fails to really engage the audience due to a predictable plot that doesn’t offer anything new or different. This gives the film the feel of a typical Telugu film.
If you want to see actor Kartikeya’s acting and some well done action sequences, you can consider watching Raja Vikram Mark this weekend. But the film as a whole is nothing too special or must-see.
Despite the buildup, it’s an average, formulaic thriller that disappoints by not meeting the expectations set by its promotions. It’s just an okay timepass movie with no special action to the plot or story.
